This letter appeared through the letterbox at work this morning. As I'm not an ntl:Telewest customer (and never will be after the appalling experience I had with them as a domestic customer some years ago) this has to be a marketing scam by them to get people to phone into their call centre. Sorry ntl but I'd rather feed my cock through a grinder than deal with you again.
