Mrsff is no longer a T-mobile customer. She called them to buy out the remainder of her contract and it turns out that during one of her tariff changes they moved her to a rolling 30 day contract with no minimum term. She got her PAC number then told them precisely what she thought of them, their service, their insurance.
She is very happy now with her 3GS .. .. ..
