Nearly 90 motorists were stopped during a day of action to target anti-social driving in a Surrey town. Thursday's campaign in Ashford led to 87 drivers being stopped for offences including speeding, using a mobile phone and failing to wear a seat belt.Since when has "failure to wear a seat belt" been anti-social?

Beats me. I'd have thought the transplant teams at the local hospital would consider it a social good, frankly!
If WE say it's anti-social, it's anti-social.
Not wearing a seat belt is seen as anti social because of the potential costs to the NHS; not agreeing, just saying.
