What do you do when you realise that your hole in the skirting board isn't large enough for your rapidly growing family? Relocate to a larger home of course. Now though, according to the Telegraph, you might be facing a large bill even if your application is unsuccessful.
Borrowers face charges of £1,000 for booking a mortgage even if their application is rejected, new research warns.
