Police investigating the murder of a Lincolnshire man will use bluetooth to send new images of a suspect to mobile phone users.

The image is being sent to mobile phones in the Stamford and Bourne areas this weekend.

Does anyone connected to this article understand how bluetooth works, the range of reception, the need for the recipient to accept the transfer, the very much one-to-one nature of the transaction? It would be easier to produce an A4 photograph and show people.

Then again, would you trust the police force enough to accept a bluetooth transfer from them? I certainly wouldn't.
