reduced vat rate extended
Treasury Minister Steven Timms has just announced that the 15% VAT rate is to be extended until 6am on the 1st Jan 2010 for pubs, clubs, restaurants and bars. Cunt.

Yep, cheers for that. Now how about you reduce the alcohol tax you raised when the VAT was reduced, so that all those small businesses EXCEPT PUBS could enjoy the VAT reduction? You know, that 1 single sentence in a 45 minute speech that said Fuck You to publicans? No? Piss off, you unelected piece of crap. Next time your in a pub, just remember. £3 pint goes to £3.06 when VAT goes back up. Happy New Year my arse
