Given that all the research that's been done over the last 25 years unquestionably shows that the "outcomes" (to use the current PC description) for children raised in households where there are married parents are so much better than any other type of family there really isnt need for any discussion.
In the first year of a new Parliament just reverse all the rules that act against nuclear families and ensure a positive bias instead.
