Gordon Brown is busy congratulating the British Racing Drivers’ Club.

I would have thought that a man so committed to reducing the level of atmospheric CO2 (and thereby saving the planet once again) would have used the opportunity to chastise such a frivolous past-time but there's not a single mention of carbon emissions in his speech.

How strange.
