31% of men are drinking hazardously (more than 21 units per week)This surreptitious reduction of the recommended limit (remember kids, it's a guideline not an absolute) from 28 units to 3-4 units and now to 21 units per week is typical operating procedure for the bansturbators.
A pint of Stella (5.2% ABV) is 2.95 units*. If you drink more than seven pints of Stella a week (or one per day) you are now classed as a hazardous drinker. Think on that for a moment.

“A pint of Stella (5.2% ABV) is 2.8 units”
When I'm not drinking Stella (or preferably Jacob's Creek Shiraz followed by Tennant Super) I'm a numbingly tedious pedant:
568 x 5.2/100 = 29.5 mL i.e. 3.0 units.
It’s important to point this out because those 0.2 units could make all the difference between enjoyment of fine health well into old age and horrible alcohol-related premature death.
Pedantry is a good thing in my book so I'll update the post.
Thank you!
