I happened to catch part of a 'debate' about alcohol pricing on the BBC this morning. I whipped out my camera (hence the poor video/sound quality) and captured Shenker talking about minimum pricing. Does anyone else wonder if that speech impediment caused him to be teased as a child? It might explain why he's such a bansturbating cunt now.
