whohe?

Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man found wandering around the Whitehall area of London in the early hours of the morning. Initial tests suggest that he is suffering from amnesia. The man is somewhere between 50 and 60, has grey hair dyed black, 'stocky' build, about 5'10" tall and speaks with a vaguely Scottish accent.

The police are hopeful that someone will identify him soon, a relative, a friend or a concerned colleague. "We have checked with the hospital, the mental health teams and the immigration service." said the missing persons officer. "Quite frankly he's pissing us all off with his inability to say the simplest of sentences without noisily drawing in his breath. And he's got this fake smile that never reaches his eyes, appears out of nowhere then goes again just as quick, makes most of us in the station want to punch his lights out."

"We urge his family, or a friend, to come forward and identify him as quickly as possible, preferably before the end of the day. Please?"
