early morning lunacy

Four of us met at the Red Lion in Ashington and went for a blast on the mountain bikes up on the Downs. The highlights had to be the climb up 'Rope Swing' and the beautiful long descent of 'Lion Trail'. My legs are now caked in mud. I need a bath ....
