Twas the first brew of a new beer today. I'm not entirely sure how it will turn out but the early signs are good. It's light, bitter and hoppy and will ferment out at around 4.8% ABV. As the wart approached boil foam started to escape from the chimney of the copper forming this shape. Hopefully it's not a sign of the final flavour of the beer.
