Apparently it makes them nice and moist .. .. .. when it's there .. .. .. but I agree with you MC she got the main ingredient spot on!
I think it's an improvement, but then I never liked courgettes anyhow.

There's no mention of the courgettes in the recipe instructions, James. Just in the description and the little boxout at the end...
