imminent catastrophic event?

According to the Independent there are signs that another Icelandic volcano is about to erupt. And if it does it will make Eyjafjallajokul's 2010 eruption seem "small".

Eeek!

I wasn't scared of Eyælfückingkillyoüål and I'm not scared of this. If the Independent relly wants me to ne scared they should write about the mutant black dwarf about to consume our solar system.

I was more interested in the "normally erupts twice per century blocking out the sun and reducing temperature but hasn't erupted for nearly 100 years" aspect of the story.........

So, we're expecting an early and harsh winter which will be amplified by the ash from this volcano? Is there anything I should do?

I mean. . . I've just put the washing out. . .
