I'm getting thoroughly fucked off with your repeated attempts to ask for more identifying information when I'm trying to access services that I've used for a very long time. I do not want to give you my phone number, alternate email addresses, or personal details to "help verify my account" in case I forget my password.
I'd rather just stop using your services and find alternate providers instead.

Likewise what with Youtube (Google) constantly demanding my mobile phone number as if I really care if they lock my account since I'll just open another one, or maybe give them someone elses number, perhaps in Bogata.
I have a free 0871 number for this situation, so I can play them at the same game. Then I get paid every time, should they call. Not that Google are going to call, but it's nice when banks or service providers have to me. I then have a little reason to keep them on the line as long as possible.
Mind, you it's not very often & hardly making me a fortune, but at least I feel I'm sticking it to them, just a little bit....
